Dr. Kenneth Edwards
Dr. Edwards was born and raised in Hillsboro, graduated from Hillsboro High School, and is happy to be home practicing orthodontics in the community he grew up in. After leaving to pursue his education and specialty training, he returned with a vision: to build an orthodontic practice centered on exceptional care, personalized treatment, and for it to feel like a fun place to be while at it.
Opening Edwards Orthodontics wasn't simply the next step in his career—it was an opportunity to practice orthodontics the way he believes it should be practiced. Every patient deserves personalized treatment, honest recommendations, and an experience that feels welcoming and fun from the moment they walk through the door.
Dr. Edwards' journey into orthodontics began after college while working in an orthodontic laboratory. Seeing the precision, artistry, and life-changing impact of orthodontic treatment sparked a passion that ultimately led him to pursue dentistry and orthodontics as a career.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in 2015 before completing his specialty residency in orthodontics at Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education in 2017. Today, he brings nearly a decade of clinical experience to every smile he creates.
Dr. Edwards is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, and the Greater St. Louis Orthodontic Society. He has a particular interest in surgical orthodontics and special needs patients, where careful planning and attention to detail can create life-changing results.
What truly sets Dr. Edwards apart is his philosophy of care. He believes orthodontic treatment should never be one-size-fits-all. Every smile is different, every patient has unique goals, and every treatment plan should reflect that. That's why Edwards Orthodontics is built around personalized care, modern technology, and meaningful relationships—not rushed appointments or cookie-cutter treatment.

When he's not in the office, you'll usually find Dr. Edwards spending time with his wife and children, traveling, discovering new restaurants, or adding to his record collection.
